Pre-Med Summer Youth Academy

The Pre-Med Summer Youth Academy is designed for junior and senior high school students who are interested in pursuing pre-medical programs at the university level. Through the selection of 1-4 prep courses, out of seven core subject areas, students will prepare to receive higher grades in medical school prerequisite courses, learn about careers in the medical field, and discover their future as medical doctors. Camp runs from June 5-June 29 for Session I and July 3-August 3 for Session II. Financial need scholarships may be available.

Young Women's Leadership Challenge 2017-2018 Program

The Young Women's Leadership Challenge is a year-long program starting with a summer conference, followed by a fall and spring workshop open to all high school girls who are seeking the tools and resources to be self-confident, globally competent, and financially literate leaders.

They are accepting applications from all high school girls from all backgrounds. They offer scholarships to pay for the entire program cost for 50% of applicants. YWLC is a growing networking with over 100 alumni who have gone through the program since 2012. They are currently recruiting girls and the application is online and open to all 10,11,12 grade girls who are looking to gain leadership skills, learn about social entrepreneurship, global competency, self-confidence, team-work, and financial literacy.

Pathfinder Leadership Summit

Pathfinder is a personal and professional development program aimed at giving incoming 9th-12th grade girls a head start on their road to independence, college and career. These young women will:

  • Find their unique strengths
  • Develop real world skills like interviewing and public speaking
  • Explore different industries and professions
  • Gain access to women leaders and professionals in the area
  • Create bonds and friendships with like-minded peers
